Legal Structure
The Marmon Foundation is a Minnesota nonprofit corporation, incorporated on October 9, 2026. Its application for federal recognition under Section 501(c)(3) is pending.
Leadership
The Foundation is led by its Founder and CEO, Sonny Marmon. As the organization grows, formal governance structures, including a board of directors, will be established and documented here.
Conflict of Interest
The Foundation is committed to disclosing and managing conflicts of interest. A formal conflict-of-interest policy will be adopted as governance is formalized.
Financial Transparency
Financial documents, including budgets and annual reports, will be published here when available and reviewed for public release. Budgets will be labeled as proposed, adopted, or actual.
Accountability
We publish what we find honestly, including limitations and the scope of our research. We do not fabricate impact metrics, donor names, or institutional partnerships.
Corrections
We welcome corrections through the Report a Correction feature on each opportunity page. Corrections are reviewed by our team before publication.
Public Documents
Articles of incorporation and bylaws will be made available for public inspection once governance documents are finalized and approved.
Governance information will be updated as the Foundation's organizational structures are formalized. We do not present governance structures, committees, or policies as established until they actually are.
